Of all the luxury resorts in Seychelles, the Fisherman's Cove Hotel is definitely the best located - right beside the beach - Beau Vallon Beach, considered by many to be the finest on Mahe. The Fisherman's Cove Hotel boasts of 2 restaurants with very talented chefs, fitting for its 5-star status. It also has a lounge bar with an exceptional ocean view - just the place to enjoy a sundowner or an after-dinner Island Cocktail.

I really like the Fisherman's Cove. It is a quiet romantic resort and has a tradition of providing high value in keeping with its image as a top Seychelles luxury hotel.

Not ready for dinner just yet? How about a game of tennis? At the Fisherman's they have a clay court with floodlights but you must book your slot in advance.

As we've mentioned earlier if you want the beach - the same beach - the view and the sunsets but with a lower price tag you'll have to consider one of the non-luxury beach hotels. Then perhaps the Coral Strand Hotel just a stroll one km up the beach - right in the middle of that long beautiful beach - could be a good choice, or even nearer still the Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Beach Resort.

These are non-luxury Seychelles hotels and resorts. Both are 3-star hotels but they have what you want - one of the best beaches of Seychelles. And they are more affordable - prices are one-third that of the Fisherman's Cove Hotel. Your choice!
